Hello everyone! It's me, Isay, and i am here to show you how to make this flower. I made and used this flower before on my LO's and it's one of my favorite flower to make because it is fast and easy to make and it adds a lot of dimension on your LO.
Let's get started! First you'll need your paper, patterned or plain will do, pencil, scallop scissor, scissor, glue, and foam dots. Since i've been making this flowers for awhile i've cut circles on a cardstock and this is what i used as my template. i have 5 circles with 1/4 inch increments on each circles so i have a 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2", 1 3/4", 2". I know there is a lot of die cutting system or punches that will make it easier for you to make your circles and ofcourse feel free to use them. i just like doing it the old school way LOL!
Next, trace your cirles on to your paper with atleast 1/2" spaces in between them.
Third, cut your cirles using the scallop scissor. Use the circle outline as your guide so be sure to cut outside the line.
Then, make 1/4" cut in between the scallops and this will be the petals. You can leave it as it is or you can ink/distress it like i did. Using any kind of distressing ink, i applied it first right side up or which ever side of the paper you want to show-
then apply the distress ink at the back and while applying the distress ink try to curl the edges upward like so- Now, we are ready to layer the flowers. I only use the foam dots on the first 2 bottom layers then the rest i use glue to adhere them.
you can add a bling or button in the center if you'd like. you can also, spray it with glimmer mist or apply stickles on to the edges to add more texture. and here are a couple of LO's where i've used this flowers-

I hope you enjoy it! Thank you very much and have a great weekend.

These are just wonderful Isay!
