I'm wifey to my hot hubby, Jeremy for over 16 years, and mom to wonderful, 3 cute kids who keep me super busy (all 3 kids are named after cities in different countries). We live in sunny So Cali, and I am a beach lover!!! Scrapbooking has become my creative outlet which I LOVE to do in my spare time. I enjoy making layouts, cards, creating home decor items for our house, and altering!!! I LOVE it all. I LOVE my ipod and itunes, I'm a HUGE Depeche Mode fan, love to walk & do zumba, relax at the beach, and hang out in the backyard with my kids. You
can find my work on my blog:http://scrappydayinparadise.blogspot.com/.

My name is Juliet Sherriff and I live in Christchurch, New Zealand. I have, in the last 12 months, really fallen back in love with scrapbooking since my first introduction in 2004. Things have certainly changed since then! I am so excited to be part of the Design Team for Sketches in Thyme, and can't wait to see what you all create based on the fantastic sketches. I adore white space, doilies, sequins and ink splatters. When I'm not scrapbooking or at my job as an Agribusiness Manager, you will find me spending time with my amazing husband, spoiling my nieces and nephews, cuddling my cats or watching cooking and sci-fi shows. You can find my work on my blog at thisscrappened.wordpress.com

Hi, My name is Anne Jang, and I live in the USA about 30 min north of Washington DC. I have been scrapbooking for almost 17 years, and most recently founded this online group of challenge blogs that has just taken my scrapbooking in a whole other direction. I love touching and feeling all the stuff in my craft room and using layouts for my sketches is where my primary source of inspiration comes from! Most of what you'll see me scrap are layouts done of my family, Jay and Sarah plus Sarah's animals...her horse Ziggy, 2 dogs, 2 guinea pigs, and new as of this month, 8 hens! And my other layouts consist of my large extended family...all 28 of them! When I'm not scrapbooking I volunteer 4 mornings a week for Meals on Wheels, and am a 4-H club leader for Sarah's Spur & Stirrup Club, as well as a leader for her Pony Club.

Hi, my name is Michelle Galatuik! I’m a stay-at-home-mom to a beautiful girl. I’m a paper crafter, and a lover of all things Disney! I love being able to express my creative side and sharing it with others.
I have always been into “art” in one form or another, growing up I would spend countless hours drawing Disney cartoons, it wasn’t till the fall of 2000 after I had taken a trip to Scotland with my Mother and decided to make a scrapbook of are trip that my love for paper crafting really began.
Since then I have found my style is ever changing, I love layering, inking and patterns. I find myself most comfortable working with neutrals colours, but always challenging myself to add more “colour”. I love the creative process, and prefer to make all things by hand such as flowers, banners, etc…
I am grateful to have had my scrapbooking works published in the Canadian Scrapbooker, and have had the pleasure of working on numerousness design teams over the years.

Hello!  My name is Paula A. Peluso.  I live in beautiful San Diego with my awesome husband Paul. Between us we have four children.   My family is the center of my life and often my inspiration. I have been crafting my entire life and really enjoy doing them. I find it is a wonderful way for me to relax and unwind.

Over the years some of my crafts have included such things as Ceramics, Cross Stitch, Tole Painting, Miscellaneous Arts and Craft Projects. I am also a Certified Copic Marker Intermediate Designer. But my true love and passion is Scrapbooking. I guess if I was to think about it, the very first scrapbook that I made was in 1984.  Scrapbooking for me at that time was putting the photos I loved in an album and recreating the moment by using stickers, construction paper, making embellishments out of anything I could find, and writing comments, captions, and memories on every page.  Although I still use some of those techniques, things have definitely changed since that time.  There are so many papers, machines, techniques and products available today...It's always changing!

At times I get asked what is my scrapbooking style. Well, I am not a chronological scrapper; and I really don't know my style. I do not do digital scrapbooks. It really depends on the topic, what photos I have, and what fun things available to use. But if I had to say something, I guess it would be that I am a traditional scrapbooker. You can find my work on my blog at http://paulaapeluso.blogspot.com

I am a creative scrapbooker, cardmaker and crafter who loves diversity in work and style. I love featuring new and innovative techniques and designs but I tend to prefer to stick to a slightly clean style.  My pages almost always include some cardstock and are almost always built around the patterned papers, which are my favorite part!

I am wife to a busy salesman who cannot always be around the home.  I am a mother of two wonderful young men, ages 14 and 12.  My husbands schedule and busy boys helped me to decide to postpone my career in accounting to raise the family.  I am blessed to be able to do so but miss the reward of successes that are more easily seen in the corporate world.

I am looking forward to designing with Sketches in Thyme and hope to inspire you with fun scrapbooking pages that share more about our lives and spur on your own ideas.

My name is Shawn Lahr and I live in Pennsylvania with my husband, Charlie of 17 years and three children: Nick (16), Blake (12) and Kaila (11), along with goats, chickens, cats, a cow and hamster. I've been a scrapbooker to some extent since I was a teenager, but really caught the bug after the birth of my third child in 2003. I also love to create cards and altered items. I decided to try my hand at creating my own sketches in 2008 and since then I have over 600 sketches in my book ;) When I'm not scrapbooking, I am spending hours in the kitchen cooking and baking for my family. My other interests include reading, movies, volleyball and helping our church with the youth group. I also have a blog that I would love for you to visit at http://www.nutslightlycracked.blogspot.com. I am thrilled to be here and look forward to interacting with everyone.

Hi, I'm Lea and I live in a seaside town, in Italy. My work is in the field of fashion and I try to fill my free time, which is often very little, with everything that is creative. My life revolves around art always (graduated at the Academy of Fine Arts, I attended courses in costume and fashion designer): I love the watercolor and paint on cotton fabric to make bags and the like. Since I discovered scrapbooking, existed for many years: it was love at first sight. My style has changed over time: now I try to combine my passion for the scrap with the art: this allows me to express myself fully and to seek new ways of expression. My blog:http://sunnyflouscrap.blogspot.it/

Meet Your Team 2 Mavens!!!!!

Please give a warm welcome to your Team 2 Mavens!!! This team will inspire you with creations featuring Rochelle Spears sketches! Team 2 will be featured designing  on days 8-14 of each month.

My name is Rochelle Spears.  After 15 years of Real Estate, I "retired" and became a SAHM! :) I have 5 children (25, 21, 15, 8, and 6).  I have a wonderful husband who supports my craft to the fullest!  I have been scrapbooking since 2003 and I just can't get enough of it! I love the products, trying out new trends, creating memories and most of all I love watching my husband share my scrapbooks with guests who come over! :)   I don’t really have a set scrapbook style... I love bright colors, shabby chic, messy and playful layouts and sometimes love to just go simple and clean.  Besides my family and scrapbooking, you will find me traveling, reading or watching Netflix! I love coffee in the morning, Peach Ice Tea during the day and chocolate candy at night. :)

Hello! My name is Michele and I am from the great Pacific Northwest!
I have been "Attempting" scrapbooking for about 14 years.  Always learning new and fun things!!
I am a wife, daughter, sister, friend and SAHM of 2 kids.  I "retired" my executive job in 2008.  But, I am a (very) part time pricing coordinator.  Just to keep my on my toes.  :)
You can find me at the soccer fields, baseball diamonds, sidelines of the basketball & volleyball courts, inside a dance studio... and when not busy with all of that... on a good hiking trail, barefoot at the beach, skiing the river and always hanging with my family with the latest movies and board games!!  I recently acquired my first DSLR camera, so on a mission to get those memories documented.
Scrapbooking and Cardmaking are my creative outlet.
I hope to inspire you as so many have inspired me.  You can find more about me at

My name is Karen Young, and I live in Newfoundland, Canada. I have a wonderful husband of 13 years, and a beautiful five year old daughter. I am an Optometrist, working full time. Scrapbooking is my creative outlet and
a way to relax and unwind. The memory keeping aspect of it is an added bonus! I have a varied style. But mostly, I like a controlled messy look that incorporates mixed media. I love using spray inks, paint, modeling paste and more... I know I've had a productive evening if I go to bed with stained and inky hands!

Hello! I'm Elisabetta from Italy. My friends call me Eli and I prefer it because it is more simple, like me. I'm 40 years old (and I will declare 40 for the next 10 years...) and a beautiful 10 year old daughter. I live in a small town with two older cats and a large vegetable garden (too big). I do scrapbooking for about 8 years and it is just a hobby that does for me: it allows me to express in new ways my creativity and my curiosity. I don't have one specific style because I like to experiment, but by far I prefer the 12x12 layouts and minibooks.
In addition to scrap, my hobbies are volleyball, swimming and reading.

Hi! I am Monique Fox (by name), sweet (by nature), ethnic (by design), a Virgo (by zodiac sign), and loved (by God). I am a 45 year old mommy of a 12 year old boy name Christian and a 13 year old cat name Angel. I am residing in Maryland (of the US) and working in DC (of the US). 20 years of service! I am the Founder of Maryland Scrapbooking Divas. I am a blogger that blogs at http://living-in-the-positive.blogspot.com. I have been scrapbooking about 12 years. My favorite manufacturers are My Minds Eye, Echo Park, Carta Bella, DCWV, Bo Bunny, and Prima. My favorite foods are Italian, Soul and Caribbean. My favorite colors are red, orange, green, purple, yellow and pink. My favorite online hangouts are Facebook and Twitter. My favorite past times are poetry, shopping, going to the movies, and out to eat. I hope that I can inspire you along with the wonderful sketches and the rest of the design team.

I'm Darcy. I live with my husband, our three girls and our ancient boxer/bullmastiff puppy Jake in northern Ontario, Canada. I scrap when I'm not working, taking the kids to their various activities or when they are sleeping! My husband saw a scrapbook nine years ago at a birthday party we were at when my oldest daughter was one and he said, "you have to do this." I told him it was expensive, and that's why I did digital. He said, "this is so much better!" He is always the first one I show a completed layout to, and he supports my *habit* completely! I hope you don't get tired of seeing my girls, because they are in 99.99% of my projects!

Hello! My name Helen but I also go by the name Rumtruffle (Rum). I have been married to my soul mate for 23 years and we have a 22 year old son. I live in Hertfordshire in the UK. I have always had a love of handmade crafts, I will have a dabble at most things but my passion lies in paper crafting and getting messy! I have a lovely group of friends that I met through crafting and we get together on a regular basis to chat, craft, drink coffee and eat cake! I am looking forward to getting to know you all and hope we can share some great crafty ideas and projects.
Happy Scrapping,

I started scrapbooking in 2003 because, frankly, I was bored.  I randomly picked up a copy of Creating Keepsakes Magazine and was blown away by the industry.  I started right away and haven't stopped since!  I love the scrapbooking community and I'm excited to spread some inspiration and get some in return.  You can find me on my blog or on my YouTube channel, where I share process videos almost daily.  I'm so excited to start working with these awesome sketches!

Hello!  Let me introduce myself. My name is Leslie, I have a wonderful husband of 28 years,
2 awesome girls and 5 beautiful grandbabies. My actual job is a tax analyst but my passion is
of course scrapbooking and preserving as many memories as I can. I've always been a "crafter" but got a late start to scrap booking. When I adopted my daughter from China, one of the other adopting parents encouraged me to make a Life book for her. A Life book is a scrapbook of her life before us. I went out and bought some basics and off I went! And I haven't stopped yet!!
I'm so happy to have found my passion! It allows me to be creative and to also tell our family story for this and future generations. I'm thrilled to be joining the team here at Sketches in Thyme! I hope you have a chance to visit me on my blog too.

My family supports and encourages my passion for crafting, and my son is the apple of my eye and my main source of inspiration. After my career and our lives were derailed by my chronic illness, I fell in love with the beautiful papers and accessories that allowed me to escape reality. I traded designer suits and high heeled pumps for glittered fingers, and replaced business travel with a messy craft room. I have been blessed to meet lovely scrappers near and far, and documenting happy moments saved both my sanity and sense of humour. Now I cannot imagine a day without scrapping, in addition to coffee, chocolate and Doctor Who.

My name is Marie, I am 38. I was born in Seoul, South Korea (that's why I look Asian)I was adopted in Belgium when I was 6 months so I am a french speaker (half of the people speak dutch and some speak German; we have 3 national languages).I live with my son Tristan (14) and My husband MichaĆ«l.I studied arts and I have been working as a hotel manager for 4 years now. I worked for 6 years on a NATO base here in Belgium that's where I learned English. I discovered scrapbooking about 13 years ago in the US and I immediately loved it.At the time we almost couldn't find any products in Europe. They really started to come out here about 8 years ago which is a really good thing.I was able to get subscriptions for 2 american magazines: Memory Makers & Creating Keepsakes.I am a fan of Ali Edwards & Heidi Swapp and many others. Next month my husband will take me to 'Version Scrap' in Paris where I will try to register to one of Ali's classes. I am so happy ...I don't know how to describe my style. It really depends on my mood.I used to have a NSP who always told me that my scrap was neat...One thing is sure is that I focus mainly on the colors. I love papers, inks, alphabets, stickers, masking tape, badges, kits...I like working from a sketch, a combo or other instructions, it gives a point start.Apart from scrapbooking, I like drawing, painting, photography, decoration, travelling, discovering other cultures, world cuisines, discovering, learning, sharing things, my 2 Chihuahua puppies ...This is my 1st DT experience so I would like to thank you again for giving me this chance and I am so happy to meet all of you :-))))I will do my best during my term... My blog: http://somethingaboutmarie.over-blog.net/
My name is Renee Johnson, and I live in the western suburbs of Sydney, Australia. By day I coach gymnastics and look after my three children, whilst my nights are mostly for scrapbooking.Whilst I have always been into journalling and trying to record those precious moments and hilarious comments the kids come out with, I fell in love with scrapbooking whilst trying to find a gift for the family member who has absolutely everything. When I saw how much better the photos looked rather than drably sitting in my album I became very hooked, and am still on a crazy mission to get through those albums and piles (and piles and piles) of photos.
After several years now of copying layouts in magazines, trawling the internet for inspiration and trialling new products  I am finally 'getting there' and will greatly enjoy sharing my work with others and discovering new styles and trends. I am so excited to join the DT at Sketches in Thyme and cant wait to share my take on their fabulous sketches with everyone!
Come back on April 1, 2015 to see Bev's newest sketch and these ladies will be featured daily from April 1-7, 2015!!!!!
Happy Scrapping!
